To bring this vision to life, Vallect collaborated with team DLF to deliver multiple LED video wall deployment that enhances both brand visibility and customer experience at Mall Of India.
About the Project
This project focused on upgrading the mall’s visual ecosystem by integrating premium LED video wall solutions across indoor and outdoor spaces.
The goal was to:

Scope of Work
Vallect was responsible for end-to-end execution, including:
Site survey and technical evaluation
LED video wall integration and installation
Coordination with stakeholders and consultants
System design inputs for optimal display performance
Centralized content management system deployment
Power, networking, and infrastructure enhancement
Testing, commissioning, and post-installation support
A total of 14 LED video walls were installed:
1 outdoor large-format display
12 indoor displays aligned across the mall’s ground floor circumference
1 unique LED structure wrapped around a square pillar
Challenges
Executing a project of this scale in a live retail environment came with multiple challenges:
1. Restricted Working Hours
Since the mall remained operational during the day, installation had to be carried out overnight (10 PM – 8 AM), limiting working windows.
2. Complex Installation Conditions
Installations above luxury retail counters required extreme precision
Glass showcases and high-value merchandise increased risk factors
3. Height & Accessibility Constraints
Standard ladders couldn’t be used
Deployment required boom lifts, cranes, and custom mounting structures
4. Content Synchronization Challenges
Custom aspect ratios were needed for elongated displays
Seamless content flow across a square pillar required pixel-perfect alignment
5. Infrastructure Limitations
Existing power and LAN systems were insufficient
Required complete rewiring, stabilizers, and upgraded connectivity
6. Environmental Factors
Outdoor display exposed to sulphur emissions from nearby drainage systems
Risk of corrosion demanded specialized protective measures
